Built 1876 as composite brake 1, the first SAR narrow gauge passenger-carrying vehicle. Converted to ambulance van 7 Oct 1890. To Port Lincoln 1926. Officially condemned 14 May 1935, but still shown in 1937 stocktake; gone by 1939 stocktake. Fate unknown.
